Building synergies

Our goal is to plant 10,000 trees there in a first stage.

The way to achieve this is by joining wills, building synergies, convening different actors.

This planting was a good example: Buestán was focused on planting 500 trees with 45 of its collaborators, and the Foundation, through the sponsorship of Verndale, contributed with 500 additional trees, so we were able to plant 1,000!

Specially selected locations

We are planting in those places where we hope to have the greatest impact with our work, in the wetland areas, in the streams.

As this is a moorland area, with strong temperature changes and intense winds, we have to make sure that the plants have the best chance of thriving.

Acknowledgements

Organizing a planting is not an easy task, there is the financial effort made by the company, the energy put by the volunteers, the Foundation that puts its expertise and its team that organizes everything for the success of the planting, the owner of the site who decided to allocate that area for conservation.
