    Our mission is to contribute from the community to the conservation of biodiversity, for the benefit of the\ncurrent and future generations, searching for the harmonious coexistence between the human being and the\nnature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    At the beginning of 2011, a group of people who had worked in nature conservation and human development activities began conversations to form a foundation to work in conservation. We were motivated by the desire to contribute in some way to the challenging situation of the destruction of our natural resources, which is increasingly impacting life on the planet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    <\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"Slide\"\n<\/rs-bg-elem>\nPRESIDENT \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>The greatest motivation to be part of Fundaci\u00f3n Sembrando Esperanza now, is to shape and execute actions over the next 20 years to contribute to solve at least a couple of problems of our planet and country; deforestation, and the extinction of mammal and bird species above all.

    \nThe challenge is great, but the desire and the weapons are greater!<\/b> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Xavier Vinicio Mu\u00f1oz Contreras \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\nVICE PRESIDENT \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>Camilo Rada has a B.Sc. in Astronomy with a Ph.D. in Glaciology from the University of British Columbia. Passionate about nature, he is an amateur entomologist and bird and plant observer. His research in glaciology is linked to climate change, focusing on subglacial processes. He is also a mountaineer with 26 first ascents, including summits in Ecuador. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Camilo Andr\u00e9s Rada Giacam\u00e1n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/rs-layer><\/rs-bg-elem>\n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/rs-layer>\t\t\t\t\t<\/rs-slide>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"Slide\"\n<\/rs-bg-elem>\nSaarhy Viviana Betancourt \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>REPRESENT \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>Researcher for the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Ecuador - PUCE in the Specialized Studies Program within the \"Civil-Military Relations\" Project of the PUCE - ILDIS (Latin American Institute for Social Research) - NED (National Endowment for Democracy).

    \n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\nSECRETARY \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>Educator with experience in logistics and customer service in the private sector. Although she has not been directly involved in conservation organizations, she values the transparency and accountability of the Ecuadorian Conservation Foundation Sembrando Esperanza, which motivates her to join the challenge.

Committed to protecting the Choc\u00f3 cloud forest and its biodiversity, he uses his skills as a photographer to document and raise awareness about Ecuador's threatened ecosystems. As an active advocate for the foundation's goals, Francisco is constantly seeking innovative ways to support the foundation's mission, making him a valuable asset and a passionate voice for the preservation of Ecuador's natural\u00a0heritage.
    \n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Francisco Mu\u00f1oz \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\nMEMBER \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>A biologist with 25 years of experience in areas ranging from biodiversity conservation to climate change, Amiro P\u00e9rez Leroux has worked extensively in Latin America and the Caribbean. Born in the Dominican Republic, he obtained his Ph.D. in the UK and after research in Belgium, he immersed himself in the world of NGOs.     \n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Ribadeneira \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\nEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>Guido Rada, 8 years ago, started a mission with friends to combat biodiversity loss and climate change through reforestation. He has planted 18,000 trees in various places in Ecuador, with the support of the community and his foundation. As executive director, he ensures the integrity of each contribution to protect nature. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Guido Alejandro Rada Mladimich

Lleg\u00f3 por primera vez a Ecuador en 2004 y se sinti\u00f3 inspirada por el bosque nuboso andino. Desde entonces, ha dedicado su tiempo a diversas iniciativas de conservaci\u00f3n. Le interesa la conexi\u00f3n entre la comunidad y la conservaci\u00f3n buscando un equilibrio entre nuestras vidas modernas y el cuidado del maravilloso planeta que habitamos. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>Toni Walters \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3><\/rs-group><\/rs-bg-elem>\nWorker \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h6>Is a dedicated and passionate professional.
